Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers
Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
